The Health Care Bill has been deemed unconstitutional this touchy subject seems to have no answer. The idea of mandatory healthcare is actually a right not a privelige meaning citizens can choose whether or not they want to spend their money on health care. This choice can then effect the people who already have health care because not only will they be paying for their own health care but they then have to pay for the peoples that get hurt and do not have any coverage.
